Terms & Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A student may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- If the agreed exam-related requirements are not fulfilled even after up to 5 revisions.
- If our exam helper fails to complete or attend the exam within the agreed deadline, deviating from the original commitment.
Note: To qualify for a refund, the student must submit a detailed, genuine, and comprehensive feedback report. This report will be reviewed and audited by our internal team to confirm refund eligibility.
Terms & Conditions for Non-Eligibility of Refund
A student will not be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- If incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading exam details were provided by the student.
- If the exam solution or assistance provided is not used.
- If unsatisfactory results occur due to self-made changes or interference in our work.
- If delays happen due to the student’s lack of response to queries or confirmation requests.
- Change of mind after placing the exam help order.
- If additional exam requirements or scope changes are requested after the exam assistance is completed.
Note: Additional payment will be charged for any changes or additions, and we will not be responsible for the results if the additional payment is not made for the additional changes.
Refund Processing
- In case of an approved refund, 15% of the total payment will be deducted as transaction and processing charges.
